Job description for HR Generalist at PT Shaka Karya Solusi

Job Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Manage employee attendance, leave records, and daily HR administration

•⁠ ⁠Handle recruitment, onboarding, and resignation procedures

•⁠ ⁠Maintain employee records and HR documentation

•⁠ ⁠Assist communication between Chinese management and local employees

Working Hours:

•⁠ ⁠Monday to Saturday

•⁠ ⁠08:00 – 18:00

Salary & Benefits:

•⁠ ⁠Salary negotiable based on experience and ability

•⁠ ⁠BPJS provided after probation period

Work Location:

•⁠ ⁠Tangerang

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Previous experience in HR / personnel management is required
