Job Responsibilities:
• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and daily HR administration
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, and resignation procedures
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist communication between Chinese management and local employees
Working Hours:
• Monday to Saturday
• 08:00 – 18:00

• BPJS provided after probation period

Requirements:
• Previous experience in HR / personnel management is required
• Able to speak Chinese or English (basic communication is acceptable)
• Male or female
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to work long-term
