Key Responsibilities
- People Management, handling new hire onboarding, and executing off-boarding.
- Managed HRIS, including every employee's data from personal information, time and attendance tracking, productivity, and medical claim reimbursement, and uploaded employee shifting schedule on a weekly basis.
- Calculate employee's overtime, consolidate medical claim reimbursement data, additional employee allowance, loan and deduction for payroll preparation, and register new hire into BPJS and managed employee Private Insurance.
- Monitor electricity usage and monthly check with Building Management Maintenance
- Maintain Building and Parking Access Facilities (New Employee, Changing Vehicle, Inactive Membership, Monthly Report Member, and Invoice.
Requirements:
- Having advance knowledge in HRIS Management
- Having advance knowledge in General Affairs and Facility Management
- Expert using Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Visio, Power Point
- Expert conducting inventory stock take (monthly & yearly)
- Expert in maintaining cash advance and expenses report
