In alignment with our ongoing expansion strategy, we are proud to announce the newest branch in Kerobokan, Kuta Utara, Badung Regency, Bali.
To support this exciting milestone, we are seeking a competent, enthusiastic, and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Human Resources Specialist & Assistant (also known as an HR Generalist). This pivotal role serves as the structural backbone of our HR division, directly ensuring the sustainability, operational health, and scalable growth of our expanding organization. Qualification & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Human Resource Management, or Law.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of proven professional experience in human resources, personnel administration, or a related administrative role is highly valued.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in standard desktop software (Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Outlook) and cloud-based collaboration tools (Google Docs and Google Sheets).
- HR Knowledge: Proven capabilities in talent acquisition (recruitment), human resource development frameworks, and payroll management processes.
- Systems & Databases: Ability to efficiently navigate, maintain, and update HRIS (Human Resource Information System) databases.
- Core Traits: Exceptional organizational skills, strong adaptability to dynamic service industries, and a passion for people operations.
Roles & Responsibilities (Job Description)
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and conducting structured onboarding programs for new Thriftshop or café staff.
- Human Resource Development: Implement training initiatives and performance metrics that support long-term employee development and retain top talent.
- Database & HRIS Maintenance: Oversee accuracy in employee master records, contracts, attendance systems, and internal data processing inside the HRIS platform. Utilize Microsoft Outlook, Google Docs, and Google Sheets to facilitate transparent reporting, inter-departmental communications, and administrative record-keeping.
- Payroll Administration: Help organize timekeeping, shift compliance data, and compensation records for timely, structured monthly payroll execution.
