Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field
- Min. 1 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role
- Experience in handling end to end employee administration (letter, contract, etc.), compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
- Familiarity with HRIS, Ms.Office, and Google Workspace.
- Creative and interested in managing employer branding activities.
- Understands basic Organizational Development (OD) concepts and practices.
- Detail-oriented, strong communication, organized, and able to manage employee documents and data with accuracy.
- Able to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines.
Job Descriptions:
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage employee administration and documentation
- Manage and monitor the attendance system and employee database (HRIS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data
- Manage and monitor employee work contracts.
- Manage employee benefits (catering, BPJS, private insurance, etc), including related data administration.
- Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Manage end-to-end employer branding activities, from planning through execution.
- Support employee and organizational development initiatives as needed by the business
