Job description for Accountant cum HR Executive at Shalom Movers
Things to NOTE:
- Needs to do depreciation of assets, (Like depreciation of vehicles etc..)
- Well -versed with deposit accounts as we hold in trust customers monies
- Accounting for Insurance for vehicles and General Insurance matters.
- Full sets of Accounts with payroll
- Able to use accounting software and train others.
- Preparing reports and projections.
- Handle HR functions such as recruitment including; sourcing, screening and initial interviews, reference checks, salary offers and contracts
- Implementing effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Advising and supporting on a variety of other matters including; performance management, rewards and recognition, local labour laws, global mobility, compensation and benefits.
- Conducting employee on boarding and organising training & development initiatives
- Prepare Headcount Reports and Manpower Costing Reports
- Ideally an accountant, who has worked in the capacity of an accounting firm that creates accounting systems for their clients.
- NEED TO DO FULL SETS of ACCOUNTS
- Generate monthly reports as required by management
- At least 4 years of hands acconting
- Min diploma/degree in Accounting
- Some experience in HR
- Good knowledge regarding statutory regulations
- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent Knowledge on using MYOB
- 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
- Working hours: 9 am to 5 pm
