Job description for HR Generalis at Celerates
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes (from posting job, sourcing, shortlist CV, arrange psychological test and arrange interview until on boarding program)
- Prepare all recruitment administration such as application form, interview result form, test result form, work agreement, etc
- Conduct employee onboarding
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Prepare report related to absence, insurance, etc
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Handling Employees Administration (including employee database)
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Help organize training & development initiatives
- Assist in Organizational Development
- Create Standard Operating Procedure and Company Rules & Regulations
