We are looking for the one who passionate in human relation at work. He or she responsibles for all human resources activities, including employment, (from recruitment, and HR Operation), labor relations, training and development also responsible in managing working area.
1. Responsible in the recruitment, employment and placement of new employees
2. Responsible in building good working cultur align with company's value
3. Responsible in people development programs
4. Maintain good relationship internally (within the company) and externally (education institution, goverment, etc).
5. Responsible in HR daily operation and including maintaining healthy working area. To be success in this job, you should have passion and skill in Human Resources Management, fluently in english (verbal and written), good interpersonal skill and have positive mindset.
