Requirement :
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HRGA, with at least 5 years in an HR Manager position.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing company.
- Experience managing approximately 250 employees and leading an HRGA team.
- Strong knowledge of HRGA functions, Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Payroll, and General Affairs.
- Experienced in developing and implementing SOPs, KPI systems, and People Development programs.
- Good understanding of Occupational Health & Safety (OHS/K3), workplace accident handling, audits, and NCR (Non-Conformance Report).
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
