Job description for HR Executive at In. Element Pte Ltd
- Provide support in full spectrum of Human Resource Management which includes and not limited to recruitment, staff compensation and benefits, staff training
- Assist in MOM work pass application and renewals, record filing, renewals and cancellations of foreign workers
- Tabulation, updating and maintaining of HR records which includes and not limited to leave matters and staff claims
- Ensure that all HR documentation are properly filed and recorded, which includes and not limited to employees’ personal files, employment, confirmation and warning letters, leave matters
- Assist in handling and preparing of staff claims
- Assist in updating and maintaining Company’s Group Insurance
- Other administrative duties ad-hoc
