Job description for HR Executive at Assembly Works HR Pte Ltd
Location: Central Singapore
Job Descriptions:
- Maintain internal databases with employee information including contact details and employment forms
- Handle monthly payroll including overtime, allowance and CPF
- Manage employee leaves, work pass and other HR matters
- Screen resumes and job application forms
- Schedule and confirm interview with candidates
- Post and update job ads from job boards, career pages and social networks
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as and when assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource/Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent
- Prior experience in HR, Data Management or related field
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and in team, within a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous, good organisation and multi-tasking skills
