- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Development, Training, or People Development is preferred.
- Understanding of training processes, employee development, and performance management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong administrative and data management skills.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work under deadlines and targets.
Job Description
- Assist in developing and implementing employee development programs, including training, coaching, mentoring, and development initiatives.
- Identify training needs based on performance evaluations and departmental requirements.
- Manage training administration such as scheduling, attendance, materials, evaluations, and reports.
- Support onboarding and development processes for new employees.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and prepare evaluation reports.
- Assist in developing KPI systems, competency matrices, and career development programs.
- Coordinate with all departments regarding employee development needs.
- Support employee engagement and retention programs within the company.
- Prepare periodic HR Development reports.
- Assist in implementing company culture and other internal HR initiatives.
