Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in managerial level.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Experienced in handling recruitment, industrial relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, training & development, and HR operations.
- Familiar with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
- Experience in hospitality / corporate industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall HR operations and strategies within the company.
- Ensure company compliance with labour regulations and internal policies.
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor recruitment and talent development processes.
- Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits administration.
- Support organizational development and performance management initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and manpower planning.
