Job description for HR Daily Worker at Secret Garden Village

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab HR Rekruter :

Menyusun dan mempublikasikan lowongan pekerjaan melalui berbagai media rekrutmen.

Melakukan pencarian kandidat (sourcing) melalui job portal, media sosial, database internal, dan sumber lainnya.

Menyeleksi CV dan dokumen pelamar sesuai dengan kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan.

Melakukan screening awal kandidat melalui telepon atau wawancara pendahuluan.

Menjadwalkan dan mengoordinasikan proses wawancara dengan user atau manajemen terkait.

Mengelola administrasi rekrutmen, termasuk database kandidat dan dokumen seleksi.

Membantu proses onboarding awal bagi karyawan baru dan memastikan kelengkapan dokumen administrasi.

Menyusun laporan rekrutmen secara berkala terkait jumlah pelamar.

Tanggung Jawab Utama :

Memenuhi kebutuhan tenaga kerja perusahaan secara tepat waktu dan sesuai kualifikasi.

Menjaga kualitas proses seleksi untuk mendapatkan kandidat terbaik.

Menjaga kerahasiaan data pelamar dan informasi perusahaan.
