About The Role
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in enhancing our employer brand, driving employee engagement initiatives, and supporting talent acquisition efforts. You’ll work closely with the HR team and cross-functional stakeholders to attract, engage, and retain top talent while promoting a vibrant company culture.
What You’ll Do?
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from job postings and candidate screening to interview coordination, offers, and onboarding.
- Design attractive job postings and campaigns to attract top talent.
- Develop and coordinate learning & development programs, including onboarding, internal training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Support employee development initiatives, probation reviews, performance discussions, and career-growth plans.
- Organize company events and employee engagement activities to strengthen company culture.
- Plan and execute internal events such as team-building activities, celebrations, and company gatherings.
- Gather and analyze feedback from employees and candidates to continuously improve the employee experience.
- Support HR operations, including employee records, HR documentation, policies, reports, and people-related SOPs.
- Act as a trusted HR contact for employees and managers on day-to-day people matters.
What You Bring?
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Passion for employee engagement and company culture.
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills (writing, design, or video editing is a plus!).
- Proficiency in social media platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- A proactive and creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in content creation, employer branding, or digital marketing.
- Prior internship or work experience in HR, recruitment, or marketing-related roles.
- Familiarity with HR tools (HRIS, ATS) or analytics platforms.
