As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist & Assistant to join our team in Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our people and support the overall success of our organization.
1. Manage local employee onboarding, offboarding, personnel files, attendance records, shift arrangement and daily local HR administration.
2. Assist local recruitment work, including resume screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-up and talent pool maintenance.
3. Conduct daily employee communication, maintain good employee relations and positive team atmosphere.
4. Responsible for HR data statistics, ledger updating, document filing, and regular data synchronization with China headquarters.
5. Strictly implement company rules and standardized HR management, and complete other special HR tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
1. Indonesian local fresh graduate with bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or related majors.
2. Academic ranking within top 45% of the cohort, no failed courses, no disciplinary records, no academic misconduct, positive learning attitude and solid professional knowledge.
3. IELTS 6.0 and above, proficient in bilingual office work, able to understand English policies and reports, and communicate smoothly with Chinese management team.
4. Strong sense of responsibility, capable of full work closure, proactive, no evasion of responsibility.
5. Dedication mindset, willing to support team work and team projects without calculating personal gains.
6. Excellent stress resistance and mental stability, able to adapt to steady working rhythm and develop long-term with the company.
