Job description for HR and HSE Manager at Myrobin
Responsibilities :
- Managing the recruitment and selection process: Recruiting, training, motivating, and retaining manpower in accordance with the growth requirements of the manpower plan
- Build team and growth up company size
- Supporting and suggesting improvements to the entire recruitment process. Host in-house recruitment events, organize learning and development programs
- Being creative for improving company branding, developing the branding via multiple platforms
- To provide the best practice HSE solution on the day-to-day monitoring and report to maintain Project Owner standards
- To represent Project Owner to explain HSE construction implementation activities to client candidates
- To monitor and review the implementation of HSE standards at the construction site
- Ensuring the project meeting that we chair starts with a Health & Safety moment which we initiate through our dedicated Health, Safety, Wellbeing App
- Ensuring all contractors and vendors on site have a requisite level of compliant safety training resulting in them having a high degree of hazard awareness
- Adopting a collaborative approach to health and safety across the entire project team promotes safety accountability at all levels, including from the client
- Setting a zero-tolerance health and safety culture
- Adopting a health and safety assurance process emphasizes leading indicators, which are effective in developing mitigations to risks on the project site
- Proactively undertaking site supervision of works activities to address safety concerns or identified risk activities
Requirement :
- 10-15 years in industry as HR & HSE Manager
- Proven working experienceas HR & HSE Manager
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership sills
- Degree in Human Resources or relate field
- Education : Bachelor Degree in Occupational Helath and Safety/Human Resource
- Certification : Having Certification in risk mangement and health/safety management
- Having experience on Held managerial level
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Ability to provide detailed reports and develop safety procedures
- Good understanding of data analysis and risk assessment
- Good organizational, leadership, and motivational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to recognize when safety conditions need improvement
- Ability to prioritize tasks, especially when handling an accident or incident
