Requirements
- Fresh graduates from Psychology, Management, or related fields who are eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive researcher with a strong ability to hunt for information, verify data, and find creative solutions for sourcing needs.
- Highly proficient in navigating digital tools and office software, particularly Excel or Google Sheets, to build organized systems for administrative data.
- Professional communicator who is comfortable and confident in coordinating with internal teams as well as external vendors or business partners.
- An obsessive organizer with high attention to detail and the mental resilience to handle "pop-up" tasks or changing priorities with a methodical approach.
Job Description
- Serve as the primary support for HR and Management in conducting deep-dive research and market sourcing for various operational needs, ranging from insurance providers to company facilities.
- Take full ownership of sourcing and comparing vendors to ensure the company gets the most efficient and high-quality solutions for business operations.
- Support the HR team in managing end-to-end administrative documentation and maintaining employee databases with absolute precision.
- Actively assist General Affairs in daily operational tasks to ensure logistical requirements are well-managed and always on track.
- Draft and compile structured research summaries or data comparisons that provide clear insights for leadership in making strategic operational decisions.
