Job description for HR and Business Support Executive #SGUnitedTraineeships at TalentStork Pte Ltd
(EA License Number 16S8126) We are a small team and in transition and trying to scale up. At the moment we are a very tight team spread across Singapore, Shanghai and Malaysia. We are looking for a meticulous HR and Business Support who can help us to run our day to day administrative show and to acquire and retain talent as well as support us with HR Ops. The person will also get to experience TA, L&D as well as other projects that we work on for clients as well.
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Work very closely with hiring managers (Internal or external) to ensure that they adequately understand the needs of the manager and the requirements and expectations of the job.
- Source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets, such as job postings and social media, while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job. Develop relationships with prospective talent.
- Seek out and recommend creative new ways of sourcing talent.
- Review resumes, cover letters, and assess interview performance.
- Pre-screen for prospective employers
- Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for candidates to assist in client interview and offer process. Work with internal or external hiring manager for this.
HR Ops and Business Support
- Execute and administer all guidelines and HR policies as planned
- Be involved in the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to offboarding
- Be the first point of contact for HR and administration issues such as compensation and benefits administration, general policy queries and other employment-related issues for employees in all countries.
- Be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR and admin operations, such as planning for company events, administrative matters and maintaining a great work environment
- Ensure timely processing of payroll for employees in all countries
- Accounting, budget planning and cashflow management support
- Collaborate with leaders on the daily operations of the organization, conduct research and analysis to develop written assessments and gather, process, and evaluate intelligence information for the strategic industries of interest
- Analyze business processes across the organization and recommend or assist with the implementation of standard operating procedures and go-to-market standards
- Represent services that the company may introduce as we look to diversify new revenue streams that capitalize on our customer base and scale
- General office administration
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin/ English. You have to support our Chinese staff based in China
- Detailed oriented and someone very meticulous
- Able to work under high pressure
- Highly extroverted most preferred
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Strong computer and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Self-starter, driven, able to learn and work independently
