Job Overview
The HR Executive reports to the HR Head and is responsible for supporting the growth of Eezee’s talent capital through supporting key activities relating to talent acquisition, operations, and management.
Job Interactions & Interface:
This role interacts with internal staff: Purchasing Team, Product Team, Customer Success Team, Finance Team, Business Development Team, Management
This role reports to: Head of HR
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, interview arrangements, and candidate communications
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and induction
• Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and files accurately
• Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and other documentation as required
• Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data and verifying attendance records
• Handle general administrative tasks such as office supplies, facilities, and vendor coordination
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and local employment regulations
• Act as a point of contact for day-to-day employee queries and administrative support
• Support the HR & Admin team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
