Job description for HR and Admin Executive at Assembly Works HR Pte Ltd
Job Descriptions:
- Provide administrative support to Corporate Secretarial Team
- Scanning and dissemination of mails for clients
- Filing and tracking of documents in the designated system
- Update our internal databases with new employee information including contact details and employment forms
- Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts
- Screen resumes and application forms
- Schedule and confirm interview with candidates
- Post and update job ads from job boards, career pages and social networks
- Payroll computation and CPF contribution
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as and when assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent
- Prior experience in HR, Data Management or related field
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently and in team, within a fast-paced environment
- Meticulous, good organisation and multi-tasking skills
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications
