- Responsible for employee relations & benefits management.
- Working closely with department managers to resolve manpower and employee relation issues.
- Maintain and update employee information.
- Support HR manager in general HR services.
- Provide general administrative support.
- Handling of incoming phone calls.
- Office and assets management.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned (related to project fulfilment or execution).
- Diploma/Degree in HRM/Business Admin or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Good knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong sense of responsibility.
