Job description for Hr Admin at ALPS
- Affluence Living Partners Singapore (ALPS) is an agency unit of Prudential Assurance Company Singapore. Formerly known as Eric Tan Organisations, founded by Eric Tan. With his 38 years of experience in the financial industry and the recent re-establishment of the agency into ALPS, Eric was able to lead ALPS through several financial crisis and pandemics.
- Our office is located near Labrador Park MRT station, a short 7min walk to the office
- Nearby is Alexandra Retail Centre and Maple Tree where there are many different varieties of food.
Job Description
- Perform various HR functions, mainly Recruitment and Training & Development
- Assist in conducting interviews and performing company's Selection process
- Meeting training providers to coordinate and develop new training programs for our employees
- Oversee company growth and do monthly reporting of manpower data to management
- Identify potential recruitment markets and creating channels for communications
- Participate in career fairs, campus talks
- Liaise inter-departmentally
