Job description for HR Admin (Payroll) at PT. Abadi Sejahtera Finansindo
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll administration
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Talenta HRIS
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to maintain confidential employee data
- Able to join as soon as possible
- Willing to work fully from the office in BSD, South Tangerang
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle payroll administration and ensure employee salary data is accurate and updated.
- Manage payroll data through Talenta HRIS, including attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records.
- Monitor and recap employee attendance, lateness, leave, and other attendance-related matters.
- Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS system.
- Support HR administrative tasks such as filing employee documents, preparing letters, and maintaining HR records.
- Assist in onboarding administration for new employees.
- Coordinate with related departments regarding payroll, attendance, and employee data needs.
- Ensure all HR administration processes are accurate, organized, and confidential
