Job description for Hotel Reservation Agent at PT. Kreasi Konseptualis International
RESERVATION AGENT DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES THAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Processes reservations by email, telephone, hotel PMS, Channel Manager or central reservation systems referral.
- Processes reservations from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents.
- Knows the type of rooms available as well as their location and layout.
- Knows the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans.
- Knows the credit policy of the hotel and how to code each reservation.
- Creates and maintains reservation records by date of arrival and alphabetical listing.
- Determines room rates based on the selling tactics of the hotel.
- Prepares letters of confirmation.
- Communicates reservation information to the front desk.
Requirements :
- Previous hotel-related experience desired
- VHP hotel system
- Fluent in English and Indonesian
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related industry
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
