PT. Pancious Tirta Jaya, an expanding and leading casual dining restaurant in Jakarta is looking for a highly motivated and confident Host Live Streaming. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hosting live streaming sessions to promote and sell our food products across digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Host engaging and interactive live streaming sessions to promote and sell food products
- Present menu items clearly, including ingredients, taste, and promotions to attract customers
- Interact with viewers in real-time by answering questions and responding to comments professionally
- Create a lively and persuasive atmosphere to drive sales during live sessions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan live content, promotions, and campaign strategies
- Stay updated on live streaming trends and audience preferences to improve engagement and performance
- Monitor live session performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Live Host, Sales Promoter, or similar role (preferably in F&B or retail)
- Confident on camera with a pleasant appearance and strong communication skills
- Strong selling and persuasion skills with a target-oriented mindset
- Able to think quickly and respond to audience interactions in real-time
- Familiar with live streaming platforms (TikTok Live, Instagram Live, e-commerce, etc.)
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
