Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily livestream activities on the Shopee/TikTok platform. Plan livestream themes and flow based on Shopee/TikTok platform campaigns (e.g., Harbolnas, Shopee/TikTok 9.9 Mega Sale, category-specific events) as well as Indonesian local festivals (Eid, Christmas, etc.). Activities may include new product launches, limited-time discounts, bundle promotions, lucky bag giveaways, etc. Ensure livestream content matches Shopee/TikTok user preferences to increase viewership and watch time.
- Be fully familiar with the shop’s products, including key selling points, materials, usage scenarios, price advantages, and after-sales policies. Present and demonstrate products in clear, engaging Bahasa Indonesia during livestreams. Accurately answer viewers’ questions (e.g., size, color, stock availability, logistics) and guide them to click product links and place orders to achieve store sales targets.
- Actively engage with viewers during livestreams by replying to comments, calling out viewer names, initiating Q&A, and encouraging likes/follows/shares to create an energetic livestream atmosphere. After livestreams, maintain fan communication through Shopee/TikTok Chat, collect feedback and needs, nurture fan relationships, and improve repurchase rates.
- Work with the operations team to track key Shopee/TikTok Live metrics (view count, interaction rate, click-through rate, conversion rate, GMV, etc.). Participate in livestream review sessions, analyze strengths/weaknesses, and optimize talk scripts, product display order, and interaction methods based on data, continuously improving conversion performance.
- Strictly follow Shopee/TikTok livestream rules and avoid violations. Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate Shopee/TikTok platform activity resources, complete livestream preheat tasks (e.g., livestream announcements, setting up coupons), execute livestreams during campaigns, and compile data afterward to help the store capture platform traffic benefits.
- Work closely with store operations, supply chain, and logistics teams to confirm product stock, shipping times, and promotional details before livestreams, ensuring accurate product information and smooth order fulfillment. Share fan feedback and market insights to support the product selection team with localized recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Diploma degree or above in any major. At least 1 year of Shopee/TikTok Live streaming experience in Indonesia is preferred.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia (excellent speaking, reading, writing; clear pronunciation, proper pacing). Able to communicate naturally and warmly with viewers and clearly deliver product information. Basic English ability is a plus for understanding simple product specifications or Shopee/TikTok platform rules.
- Good personal appearance and camera presence. Strong communication skills with clear logic. Able to highlight product selling points and create an engaging livestream atmosphere. Capable of handling unexpected issues during live streams (e.g., lag, negative comments).
- Familiar with Shopee/TikTok Live platform rules, livestream features (adding product links, issuing coupons, setting lucky bags), and the traffic recommendation system. Able to operate the Shopee/TikTok livestream backend proficiently.
- Knowledge of small kitchen appliances is a plus, or must have fast learning ability to quickly understand product features.
- Understand Indonesian local culture, consumer habits, and e-commerce trends (popular categories, price sensitivity, payment preferences), and incorporate these into live stream content to increase viewer connection.
- Basic on-camera performance skills and the ability to adjust body language and expressions according to the live stream theme to enhance viewer experience.
