Livestream Host Recruitment Requirements
1. Basic Requirements
Age: 18–30 years old
Good appearance and strong on-camera presence
Clear pronunciation and strong communication skills
Outgoing personality, good at interacting and engaging with the audience
2. Skills
Strong communication and quick response abilities
Able to host livestreams for extended periods (usually 3–6 hours)
Able to create an active livestream atmosphere and encourage audience interaction and purchases
Basic sales ability and strong presentation skills
3. Experience
Previous livestreaming experience preferred (e-commerce livestreaming, entertainment livestreaming, etc.)
Experience in short-video creation or content production is a plus
Familiar with livestream platform rules
4. Work Attitude
Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
Able to work flexible schedules, including evening livestreams
Quick learner and willing to participate in training
5. Preferred Qualifications
Sales or retail experience
Existing fan base or social media account management experience
English language ability
