OPERATIONAL MANAGER – VILLA MANAGEMENT (UBUD)

About Us

Kasbah Properties is a growing property management company based in the serene village of Mas, Ubud. We specialize in managing and renting villas and apartments, delivering high-quality service to both guests and property owners.

Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Operational Manager to oversee the daily operations of our villa management business. This role focuses on execution, team coordination, and ensuring all operational aspects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations Management

Oversee day-to-day operations across all properties to ensure smooth and efficient performance.

Team Supervision

Manage and coordinate operational staff (housekeeping, maintenance, guest service team).

Guest Experience

Ensure seamless guest check-in/check-out processes and handle any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Property Maintenance & Standards

Conduct routine inspections to ensure all villas meet company standards in cleanliness, functionality, and presentation.

Scheduling & Coordination

Manage staff scheduling, task allocation, and daily operational planning.

Stock & Inventory Control

Monitor and manage operational supplies, amenities, and inventory.

Coordination with Management

Report operational updates, challenges, and improvements to management.

Requirements

Proven experience in operations, preferably in hospitality, villas, or property management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability

Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus

Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Ubud
