As a hiring executive, you will be identifying prospective candidates via different channels. If you are confident, have strong communication skills, and an upbeat personality, we want to meet you. We like working with people with a strong achievement drive and who can work under pressure. No experience needed as training will be provided.
You will be responsible to manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure candidates meet our requirements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement an overall hiring strategy
- Identify the requirements and specifications for the job
- Write and post job descriptions on job portals, social media, and various platforms
- Track, identify and assess prospective candidates
- Contact and prepare to onboard candidates
- 1 to 1 training will be provided
- Gain experience on a wide variety of HR projects
- Develop strong decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Attractive Incentives if KPI is met
- At least a local polytechnic diploma/ A levels or degree in any field
- Ability to converese in English and Chinese is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft office
