What does it take to become a Civican?
This is a 3-year opportunity for a Helpdesk Support Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for monitoring and supporting a Library Management System, as well as providing technical software support to end users.
Responsible for on-site technical software support to end users
Troubleshooting of Spydus Library Management Software
Manage, track and escalate support cases logged online or via phone
Diagnose and solve hardware/software faults
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Maintain the SLA of customers

You possess at least a diploma in computer science, IT, or other relevant fields and with relevant working experience in a similar role. As this is a fast-paced role, you will be a self-starter and highly motivated individual with strong organisational skills.
At least 2 years of IT industry experience and technical support / helpdesk experience
Knowledge of MS Operating Systems (Win7, Server 2016/2019, IIS)
Knowledge in web technologies (e.g. HTML/CSS, XSL/XML etc.)
Experience in using content management system
Knowledge of the Spydus Library Management System software will be an advantage
Understanding or experience in Library operations will be an advantage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management skills and self-motivation
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
