What You’ll Do
- Lead daily store operations and keep everything running smoothly.
- Support and guide the crew team during shifts.
- Make sure product quality, cleanliness, and customer experience stay on point.
- Monitor stock, inventory, and operational supplies.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and positively.
- Help boost sales performance and team productivity.
- Manage shift flow, team coordination, and daily reporting.
- Maintain a positive, energetic, and collaborative work environment.
