Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (active and passive).
- Working according to store operational hours.
- Available to work during the weekend.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Presentable appearance, excellent communication skill.
- Capable to lead the Sales Team.
- Have ample administration knowledge
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible as a conceptor of the company's brand awareness in the form of activation, promotion, and partnership.
- Supervise store operational activities.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets.
- Coordinate with Marketing Planner to conduct Event/Campaign, and other store Branding activities.
- Supervise store employees, finance, check daily sales reports and operational expenses.
- Reporting cash transactions to company bank accounts.
- Doing store stock taking.
- Make a request to add a new stock of goods/types of goods.
- Helping the store sales process
