QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing with proven leadership experience (Supervisor/Head), preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle industries.
- Experienced in managing E-Commerce Channels (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Website), including pricing, promotions, campaigns, and bundling strategies.
- Able to develop and execute sales strategies (offline & online) to achieve revenue targets and drive brand growth.
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, product optimization (SEO, keywords, titles, visuals), and conversion funnel improvemen
- Experienced in collaborating with Marketplace Relationship Managers and managing promo programs (Flash Sale, Vouchers, Harbolnas Campaigns).
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to build, guide, and develop Sales & E-Commerce teams.
- Proficient in sales and e-commerce performance analysis, including traffic, conversion, ROI, and customer insights, using Excel, Google Sheets, and analytics dashboards.
- Experience in e-commerce stock management: stock availability, demand forecasting, and warehouse coordination.
- Up-to-date with digital marketing trends, competitor insights, online shopping behaviors, and the latest developments in the fashion & retail industry.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to support data-driven decision-making.
- Manage and optimize all e-commerce channels (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Website), including pricing, promotions, and campaign execution.
- Set annual and monthly sales targets and define clear strategies to achieve them based on market insights and historical performance.
- Oversee and control the sales and promotional budget to ensure efficient spending and strong ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales & e-commerce teams to achieve both individual and team performance goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Creative, Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategie
- Supervise e-commerce stock management, including stock availability, demand forecasting, and coordination with the warehouse team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, resellers, distributors, and strategic business partners.
