Job Description : - Displays market potential in all segments determined by the Head Office - Implementation of a Risk Survey for simple risk categories in accordance with branch competencies - Conduct an initial Claim Survey to provide comprehensive input to the Central Claims Dept - Maintain good relations with Group companies in the region - Planning branch strategic steps, arranging visit scheduling and sales targets for the purpose of maximizing target sales - Monitor and assess sales target efforts on an ongoing basis - Monitor AR Branches and ensure the collectability ratio of billing is in accordance with the Company's Target - Coordinate with the head office and other branches to carry out local business development Requirements : - Max. 42 years old - Min. 3 years as Marketing Assistant Manager or 5 years work in general insurance - Willing to be placed in Pontianak Area - Masterred Pontianak Area - Have good relation with bank/leasing/ and other clients
