PLACEMENT BANDUNG AREA
1. Position Objective
To lead, manage, and supervise all outlet operations to ensure they run effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with the company’s operational standards, while achieving sales targets, maintaining profitability, and delivering excellent customer service.
2. Scope of Work
The Head Outlet is responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the outlet, including:
- Customer service operations
- Kitchen operations
- Cashier and payment operations
- Outlet cleanliness and maintenance
- Operational administration
- Achievement of sales targets and outlet profitability
3. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and supervise the daily operational activities of the outlet.
- Ensure all employees comply with the company’s SOP, service standards, and operational procedures.
- Monitor and ensure the achievement of outlet sales and profitability targets set by management.
- Prepare and manage employee work schedules and task assignments within the outlet.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control inventory, stock availability, and outlet assets to prevent shortages or losses.
- Conduct regular employee performance evaluations, coaching, and operational briefings.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to management.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are consistently maintained within the outlet.
- Coordinate with management regarding operational improvements, promotions, and outlet performance.
4. Authority
The Head Outlet has the authority to:
- Provide warnings, coaching, and performance feedback to outlet employees.
- Manage and improve the operational workflow and service process within the outlet.
- Take operational decisions in urgent or emergency situations to ensure business continuity.
- Recommend disciplinary actions or operational improvements to management.
5. Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
The performance of the Head Outlet will be measured based on the following indicators:
- Sales target achievement ≥ 100% of the company’s target.
- Profit margin maintained according to company standards.
- Customer satisfaction level improved, with reduced complaints.
- Operational cost efficiency without compromising service quality.
- Employee discipline and productivity improvement within the outlet.
