Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the company's revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify, acquire, and build strong relationships with enterprise clients and strategic business partners.
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
- Expand the company's merchant and network by identifying new business opportunities and market segments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and strategic partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, and provide regular business updates to management.
- Continuously improve sales processes, pipeline management, and overall sales effectiveness.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Proven experience working in the Fintech, Payment Gateway, Digital Payment, Financial Services, or related industry.
- Strong track record of acquiring and managing B2B/enterprise clients, with experience handling complex sales cycles and high-value deals.
- Demonstrated success in developing sales strategies and consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset.
