About Us
PT Smart Life Solutions (SLS) is a growing company specializing in premium home improvement solutions, including mosquito screen systems, smart door locks, and other innovative products. We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Head of Sales to lead and accelerate the growth of our B2B and B2C business across Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for both B2B and B2C business segments.
- Lead, coach, and manage the Sales team to consistently achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Build strong relationships with property developers, contractors, architects, consultants, hotels, apartments, and other strategic business partners.
- Drive expansion into new markets while strengthening existing customer relationships.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, conversion rate, and overall team performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to improve customer experience and business growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
- Establish sales KPIs, evaluate team performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure proper implementation of CRM, sales reporting, and sales process compliance.
- Prepare periodic business reviews and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in same position.
- Proven experience handling both B2B and B2C sales operations.
- Strong network within the property, construction, interior, building materials, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build, lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experienced in sales forecasting, pipeline management, KPI monitoring, and CRM utilization.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel for business purposes when required.
