Job description for Head of Inventory at Murni Development Indonesia
General Qualification
-Manage corporate inventory and company assets.
-Ensure availability, security, and accuracy of stock in accordance with operational and project requirements.
-Develop storage strategies based on material characteristics, movement, and risk levels.
-Optimize inventory control processes.
-Optimize warehouse layout to improve inbound, storage, and outbound process efficiency.
Responsibilities
-Formulate and implement inventory management strategies for all corporate warehouses.
-Determine storage classifications based on item categories, such as fast-moving, slow-moving, critical spare parts, and high-value inventory
-Establish warehouse layouts and storage allocations to increase retrieving and storing efficiency.
-Ensure each material is placed directly at the designated storage location during the receiving process to minimize double handling.
-Ensure storage conditions meet safety, temperature, humidity, and material damage protection requirements.
-Oversee receiving, put-away, stock transfer, picking, packing, and dispatch processes, as well as control inventory aging, dead stock, obsolete stock, and slow-moving stock.
