Job description for Head of Growth at Triasse.com
- Profitability (Sales/Revenue),

- Integrate qualitative and quantitative research, product analysis and market insights into product requirements, roadmaps, strategies and decision-making
- Form a strategy to reduce our cost of acquisition through new product, channels, features, and experiences
- Drive product development with a fantastic team of engineers, designers, marketers, analysts, and researchers, while also considering the input and opinions of stakeholders.
- Lead and grow our A/B testing efforts to increase effectiveness and velocity
- Lead with urgency to ensure that growth happens consciously and constantly
- Graduated from a reputable university with a strong academic background
- Min. 5 year experience with proven work experience in business management
- Powerful strategic thinker, able to dissect a business and identify areas for growth
- Data-driven problem solver with a bias for action
- Clear communicator, able to synthesize and deliver key messages concisely to all members of the cross-functional team
- Firefighter, quick to mobilize and resolve issues in a fast and fair manner
- Mission-driven, passionate about increasing financial inclusion
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English).
