Vitruvian Bali is looking for an experienced Head of Front Office to lead and oversee front office operations across our studio locations.
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and service-oriented leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences while ensuring smooth daily operations and strong team performance.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, Accounting, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Front Office, Customer Service, Administration, or Hospitality.
Previous experience leading a team is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable using digital booking, reporting, and administrative systems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and supervise Front Office teams across multiple studio locations.
Ensure excellent customer service and client experience standards are consistently maintained.
Monitor memberships, bookings, payments, and daily administrative processes.
Develop and implement front office procedures and operational standards.
Train, coach, and evaluate Front Office team members.
Coordinate scheduling, manpower planning, and team performance.
Prepare operational reports and support management with business insights.
Resolve client concerns and operational issues professionally and efficiently.
