Job description for Head of Expansion at Jago Coffee
- Heading up the strategy and initiatives for expanding potential locations for Jago’s hyperlocal locations
- Evaluate what kinds of locations within our serviceable area would be best to experiment in and roll out
- Do market research to identify what potential areas within Jabodetabek, and eventually outside of Jabodetabek, to expand the Jago service
- Analyze data from our existing user base and from our user surveys to create a roadmap for expansion
- Work together with other divisions in the company from marketing, to operations, to engineering to achieve strategic expansion goals
- Willing to go around the city and find the best and most ideal locations
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
- Have an experimental and creative mindset and to be able to come up with multiple hypotheses and experiments to run
- Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
- Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business and partnership opportunities, select the deals inline with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
- Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations
- Have been in a similar role helping a business expand its product offerings for at least 4 years
- Organized and can document your work and key learnings
- Ability to coordinate projects across multiple roles within the company
- Proactive and self-sufficient - can come up with creative solutions only our own
- Can manage time well and meet deadlines
- Willing to work in office (Kuningan, South Jakarta)
