Our products include long-form degree-based online education programs working with top universities, short-form certificate-based skilling course programs and corporate L&D programs that aim not only to maximize our users' learning outcomes but also their economic opportunities.
Our technology centers on the management, distribution and delivery of audio visual content as well as understanding learner aspirations and preferences, matching our content to learners, personalizing learning journeys, analyzing engagement levels, and matching learners to economic opportunity within our partner ecosystem.
As part of our management refresh, we are looking for Head of Partnership and Community with responsibility for:
- Account management (maintaining and renewing accounts)
- Community building (online/ offline, referral networks)
- Event management (online/ offline, pre-sales/ retention)
- Alumni management (online/ offline, re-, up-, and cross-sales)
The right candidates must have:
- University degree in International Development, business administration, finance and/or experience working in a related role, Master degree is preferable.
- Professional qualification in Business, International Development, Finance/Accounting or similar
- Strategic thinker, outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills with demonstrable organizational and time management skills
- Great multitasking skills, strategic thinker, networking aptitude, and attention to details
- Ability to analyze information, evaluate options and to think and plan strategically.
- Fluency in speaking & writing in English.
