Job Description
- Developing New Area with exponential Growth.
- Manage Sales Team and Product Operations In Designated Area.
- Maintain relationship with all area stakeholders.
- Forecasting and Define monthly business volume.
- Ensure all Sales KPI Achieved 100%.
- Monitoring and checking the implementation of work programs, sales projects and SOP transaction, socializing and coordinating the Company’s rules and regulations to the team.
- to Manage Whole Activity that relates on Payfazz Offline Agent at Sulawesi Tengah.
- to Streghten Payfazz Brand as Market Leader at Sulawesi Tengah.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor or Master Degree.
- Have experience 5 Years As Supervisors/Manager on Loan Industry or Telco Company, and Distribution.
- Skills : Leadership, Business Development, Sales Skill, Communication Skill, Analytical Skill.
- Characteristics : Natural Leader, Aggressive, Change Management.
