Job description for Head Marketing Communication at Youtap Indonesia
- Overseeing and developing marketing strategies and campaigns
- Creative leads include digital, activities, communication direction, creative direction and execution.
- Setting current and long-term goals.
- Manage the brand and ensure consistent communication across all channels and ensure that integrity of the brand is maintained and promoted at all times
- Crafting and manage ideas and strategies (thematic and tactical)
- Analysing data to identify and define target audience
- Prepare and manage budgets quarterly and annually
- Monitoring and measure performance of the effectiveness of all marketing/communications activity
- Support new product ideation and development to be aligned with the communication plan
- Review consumer survey responses to assess effectiveness campaign with research and product division
- Min Bachelor Degree in any major, ideally in marketing and/or communications
- At least 4-6 Year(s) of working in the related field is required for this position
- Proven track record in development and delivery of strategic communication and marketing across a range of budgets and channels.
- Excellent knowledge of the social media, online marketing and promotion
- Experience running successful marketing campaign & initiative (BTL, ATL & Digital)
- High competence in project and stakeholder management
- Engaging and resilient leader, able to empower colleagues and build capability
- Excellent written and oral communications skills and ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders, as well as work collaboratively across peer networks
