Kebutuhan untuk penempatan di Hachi Grill Surabaya

Kualifikasi:

-Pendidikan S1 / D3 / D1 / SMK Jurusan Perhotelan / Culinary School / Tata Boga / Manajemen.

-Usia 30 - 40 Tahun.

-Berpengalaman sebagai Kitchen Head di restoran Jepang minimal 2 tahun.

-Paham mengenai HACCP, proses dan SOP produksi kitchen, paham kitchen management, tegas, disiplin, komunikatif dan enerjik.

-Berjiwa pemimpin yang bijaksana.

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

HEAD KITCHEN :

-Memegang tanggung jawab atas semua hal yang terjadi di dapur.

-Memastikan kualitas makanan baik dan harga sesuai.

-Mengelola penyimpanan.

-Memesan bahan makanan dari admin outlet

-Mengelola budget dan laporan keuangan dengan akurat.

-Mengelola prosedur kebersihan dan kesehatan dapur.

-Mengorganisir staff dapur.

-Melatih, dan mengembangkan staf.

-Mempersiapkan makanan yang sudah terstandarisasi oleh perusahaan

-Bertanggung jawab atas kebersihan area kitchen inventory bahan makanan dan seluruh perlengkapan kitchen.

ASSISTANT HEAD KITCHEN :

-Membuat hidangan baru yang menarik bagi pelanggan.

-Menetapkan jadwal kerja dan peraturan yang ada di dapur sehingga semua bisa bekerja dengan efisien.

-Menghasilkan hidangan yang berkualitas tinggi.

-Menindaklanjuti menu yang sudah ada apakah sudah sesuai dengan standart restaurant.

-Merencanakan bentuk hidangan untuk menciptakan kecocokan yang sempurna antara makanan dan rasanya.

-Mengawasi ketertiban dan kedisiplinan di dapur selama jam kerja.

-Mencicipi menu makanan yang akan dihidangkan ke pelanggan."
