We Are Hiring: Head Cafe and Kitchen – F&B Department
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with at least 1 years in a similar leadership role. Experience in Indonesian, Western, and Asian cuisines is essential.
- Proven ability to lead and manage daily kitchen and café operations, including inventory control, hygiene standards, quality assurance, and team supervision.
- Excellent cooking, presentation, and plating skills across a variety of cuisines.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and proactive in menu development, cost control, and culinary innovation.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
