As the Head Chef at MARKA COFFEE & KITCHEN, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all kitchen operations. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing menus, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and presentation, and managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared with precision and care. We are looking for a candidate who has completed their SMA/SMK education and possesses between 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role. You should be proficient in customer service, cooking, teamwork, English language skills, social media management, leadership, analytical thinking, communication, food decoration, public speaking, problem-solving, time management, and administration.
