Job description for Head Admin at PT. URBAN PADEL INDONESIA
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily front desk & administrative operations
- Ensure smooth check-in process, bookings, and customer flow
- Monitor and validate all transactions (cash & system – Reclub)
- Oversee cashier activities and prevent discrepancies
- Review and consolidate daily reports (Excel) from admin team
- Manage and optimize booking system (Reclub)
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints
- Coordinate closely with operations, coaches, and management
- Create, implement, and improve admin SOPs
- Monitor team performance and ensure service standards are met
- Train and guide admin/front desk staff
- Ensure front desk area is always professional, organized, and efficient
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in admin/front desk (experience as a leader is a plus)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong control & problem-solving ability
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (reporting & basic analysis)
- Familiar with booking/POS systems (e.g., Reclub)
- Strong communication skills (Bahasa & basic English)
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressur
- Willing to work in shifts (including night shifts)
- Experience in sports club / gym / hospitality is a plus
