Job description for Gymnastic Instructor at Genesis Swim School
GENESIS SWIM AND GYMNASTIC SCHOOL IS HIRING!
Responsibilities:
* Teach basic gymnastics and movement classes for children ranging from infants (8 months) to pre-teen.
* Deliver fun, safe, and engaging lessons using age-appropriate gymnastics equipment.
* Use music, games, and structured routines to support gross motor development, balance, coordination, and confidence.
* Ensure class safety, cleanliness, and proper use of equipment at all times.
* Communicate with parents regarding children’s participation, progress, and comfort.
* Work collaboratively with other instructors and the operational team.
Requirements:
* Educational or practical background in gymnastics, sports, movement, dance, or physical education.
* Comfortable teaching basic gymnastics skills (foundation level).
* Experience working with young children is highly preferred.
* Able to communicate in English at a basic to conversational level.
* Energetic, patient, and child-centered.
* Willing to follow structured lesson plans and receive training.
