Job description for Guest Service Center (Hotel Telephone Operator) at Veranda Hotels & Residences

Responsibles:

Handle incoming, outgoing calls and directs call to guest rooms, staff, or departments
Log and Performs all wake-up call services
Assists in reporting or service complaints and problems
Take action when an emergency call is required
Provides accurate information about hotel services to guests (Quick, Well Organized, & Polite)

Qualifications

At least Diploma degree
Has related experience in hotel industry
Fluent in English (Written & Spoken)
Polite and courteous while answering the phone
